1. At the beginning of the novel Grace seems dissatisfied with many areas of her life. Does the modern "you-can-have-it-all" culture raise our expectations too high?
2. What do you think of the way in which debt is tackled in UNSTICKY? Do you believe it reinforces the belief that some young women secretly hold: that Prince Charming will arrive on a white charger to rescue them from their financial woes?
3. Discuss the way morality is explored in UNSTICKY.
4. To what extent do you think Grace's attraction to Vaughan is fuelled by her desire for wealth and glamour? Does the novel present true love as an outdated/naive notion?
5. Do you believe that the younger generation has been short-changed by the older generation?
6. In what way has Grace been shaped by her past? Do you believe Grace and Vaughn will live happily ever after?
7. The lines between girlfriend, mistress, even wife, are blurred like never before. Would you agree with this statement?
